Information you give us

When you use our forms, we collect only what you enter:

• Contact form: your name, email address, the reason for writing, and your message.
• Send a Postcard: the recipient’s name and email, your name, your message, and, if you choose to add it, your email address (used only so the recipient can reply to you).

We use this information solely to reply to you, to send the postcard you requested, and to keep the shop running. We do not sell it.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). IP addresses are anonymized. This helps us improve the site. Analytics runs only when enabled by the site operator.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them for basic site function and, where enabled, for the analytics described above. You can accept our cookie notice, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site will still work.

Third-party services

Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and for our normal records. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard settings.

Your choices

You can ask us what information of yours we hold, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
